The container is fitted with a Priva NutriJet fertiliser dosing unit. The NutriJet is a modern and attractive alternative to a mixing tank system. It injects the fertiliser solution directly into the mainstream irrigation water, which means that an extra fresh water pump is not necessary.
The containerised pump house is also equipped with a fresh water supply system, as well as fully aerated fertiliser stock tanks. The unit also boasts: 3-phase and single phase NICEIC certificated electrical supplies; automatic frost protection; lighting; and a ventilation system. Further options include SMS alarm systems, 2-wire and wireless valve control options. Bicarbonate removal and pH correction of supply water can also be managed with the addition of a Priva Neutralizer.
Visitors to the Priva stand will also be able to try out the Priva Office Direct user-interface, which will be hooked up to the pump house. Office Direct works with all Priva process control systems to simplify operation and collate data from indoor and outdoor environments. It provides users with easy-to-read, graphical reports about current and historical horticultural processes, to help monitor and target any inefficiencies (such as instances of water or energy waste). These reports can be accessed remotely, via computer or smartphone.
Nick Field, Commercial Manager of Priva UK Ltd, comments: ¡°Fruit Focus in Kent, where Priva will be exhibiting on stand 310, is an important opportunity to help organisations in the fruit industry to understand the cost and time savings they could make by investing in ¡®intelligent¡¯ control technology for their glasshouse or polytunnel environments. As one of a leading China Projector Lamp provider from China.
