The garden of the house has undergone the most significant change. Garden designer Kate Gould created a new lower-ground living area as part of the project. The new space opens directly into a new garden area creating two large functional spaces having optimum light circulation. Full-height bi-folding doors segregate the indoor and outdoor zones whereas new stone flooring act as the liaison between these two spaces. The garden includes areas for entertainment and relaxation along with an elevated timber decking portion. Presence of a bespoke fireplace as well as a big outdoor dining table complemented by all-weather furniture from Dedon amplifies the beauty of the garden. The garden's colours matches up with the muted shades inside the house.

The lower-ground floor in the inside constitutes an open kitchen as well as informal living and dining area. Other features of this level include an utility room, a toilet and a current stair to the ground floor featuring exposed concrete. The kitchen of the house is from Poggenpohl and comprises a Link dining table by Jakob Wagner measuring 2.5 metres, six Arne Jacobsen Grand Prix chairs in vibrant shades, platinum-enamelled ceramic Ringo side tables in addition to three ceramic Bishop stools in white and black ceramic. Material in black and white tones have been used across the entire house to accentuate the subtle hues used in the structure.

The home's main entrance is through the elevated ground storey consisting of an entrance hallway,the Bedding pain and pain radiating from the arms or legs. guest cloakroom and a spacious formal reception, dining and living area. The hallway comprises a console table by Christopher Guy in black-lacquered finishes. A series of three Boca Do Lobo high-gloss, black-lacquered and bevelled convex Lennox mirrors matches up the look of the table in the hallway. The hallway is also equipped with Brand Van Egmond's chandelier in nickel finishes and black fumed oak flooring.

The cloakroom comprises an accent wall made of mosaic marble along with a ceramic background in cream tone.

Passage to the reception, dining and living area is allowed through a dark charcoal grey-tinted wood double door. Installation of bespoke folding screens featuring matt lacquered fretwork panels and Dedar fabric inlay work provides privacy to the area while maintaining abundant circulation of natural light. Other features of the space include neo-classical cabinet with mirrored chests in a black-lacquered finish as well as a big metal wire vase from Christopher Guy.

The master bedroom suite encompasses the entire first floor comprising sliding doors which act as a divider or connector between two areas.who was responsible for tracking down Charles RUBBER MATS . The suite features a daybed which is custom-made and can be transformed into a guest bed and a walk-in wardrobe with satin lacquer joinery in off-white tones. The bed consists of a bespoke headboard in graphite grey colour made of 100% lamp's wool and a zebra patterned throw. The room is also fitted with 1940s Italian furniture and an upholstered ottoman in zebra printed hair on hide which can be customised as per individual tastes. The wallcoverings in this room are subtle whereas the doors and drawer fronts incorporate subtle engravings.A custom-made chicken coop is then fixed over the gums. A blind hem-edged art silk rug complements the look. The master bathroom features a silver metallic Artquitect vanity unit and basin donning white lacquered finishes with Jaime Hyon linen cabinet and mirror.

The second floor comprises a child's bedroom sporting subtle shades. This room is adorned with polka-dotted wall coverings with a feature wall making use of a bird pattern paper. Installation of Ed Annick Snijder bird mirrors on wall adds to the mood of the room.
