Greenwich Township police arrest two people in separate alcohol-related incidents

Greenwich Township police have arrested two people in separate incidents in which alcohol was allegedly a factor,A glass bottle is a bottle created from glass. according to news releases.

According to police news releases:

James A. Philhower, 49, of Phillipsburg was arrested on July 4 after police were summoned to Ravine Road for a report of a car into a ditch. When they arrived they found Philhower standing in the road and saw that two wheels of the car he was driving slid off the road.

Police said they smelled alcohol coming from Philhower and arrested him. Philhower also allegedly had a small amount of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe in his possession. Inside Philhower's car police allegedly saw an open bottle of alcohol.Free DIY Wholesale pet supplies Resource!

The other incident happened on June 20 at Bourbon Street Liquors in Greenwich Station when Joseph Bowlby, 33, of Phillipsburg, allegedly stole a bottle of liquor.

Bowlby allegedly snatched a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and ran out of the store.In addition to hydraulics fittings and Aion Kinah, Police found Bowlby crawling out from underneath a shrub at the Applebee's restaurant. Police did not say with what Bowlby is charged or explain why the incident was just reported this morning.
